At NAKED Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and sneakers are kept inside their original, undamaged shoebox.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
